Mahnoor Salman Khan

Mahnoor Salman Khan (b. 1998, Pakistan) works and lives out of Manchester, United Kingdom. Khan graduated with distinction from the prestigious National College of Arts, Lahore in 2021 with a major in miniature painting. In 2023, Khan received her Masters in Fine Arts degree (with distinction) from the Manchester Metropolitan University. Her work embarks on an artistic journey that intricately weaves traditional South Asian miniature art with a contemporary perspective, focusing on portraying the emotions of longing, emptiness, and the enduring nature of love. Drawing inspiration from the dedication of South Asian miniaturists, her creations embody a harmonious blend of timeless techniques and narratives.
