Our prints, books and products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
All our items are checked thoroughly before dispatch and in the case of prints, a condition report is included in the shipment.
In the unlikely case that you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@gallerypristine.com. Please share detailed images of the damaged packaging and artwork taken during unpacking.
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately at info@gallerypristine.com.
