Zafar Ali

Zafar Ali is an exceptionally articulated emerging artist from Usta Muhammad, Baluchistan. He graduated in Fine Arts from the National College of Arts, Lahore in 2020. He was among the few selected artists for the ‘Art Saraye Residency 2023’ where he produced a brilliant body of work and was awarded with ‘Art Saraye Artist Grant’ for his solo show in 2024. He was also the first-prize recipient of ‘Purazm Award 2020’. His works are part of many notable private collections. Lately, he has been a faculty at the prestigious National College of Arts, Lahore. He has exhibited with many galleries including Numaish Gah, O Art Space, Sanat Initiative, Gallery Full Circle, Khamsa Gallery, PNCA, 8B2, Muse Gallery, Satrang Gallery, Artscape Gallery, and in the collaborative online show of LDF x NCA. Lately, his works have also been exhibited at Frieze 9 Cork Street, London, and Muscat Art, Oman.
