Thilini Jinadasa

Thilini Jinadasa (b. 1988, Sri Lanka) is a contemporary painter whose work is rooted in a deep exploration of color, form, and emotion. Her paintings are meditative expressions that bridge the internal landscape of memory and feeling with the external world of nature. With an intuitive approach to abstraction, she crafts visual narratives that evoke stillness, depth, and a sense of quiet wonder. While Thilini holds a Bachelor of Design (Hons) from the University of Moratuwa and has worked professionally as a Lead UI/UX Designer, her true calling has always been painting. Art has remained her private sanctuary and a lifelong journey of self-discovery. Her deep connection to nature is ever-present in her work—reflected through organic movement, earthen palettes, layered textures, and emotional depth.
